The Athlete of the Month for June is Carrie Davis. Carrie joined us just six weeks ago and has made such huge progress in her short time here. Carrie is a full time employee of USMD and drives to us from Granbury everyday. When Carrie joined us she was barely able to do a burpee and even the simpliest tasks seemed to wear her down. She has dedicated herself to improving every single day and when she retested her baseline workout she shaved more than 2 mins off of it! Her burpees are no longer slow and taxing, they are fast and she makes them look ....
